Indiana Wesleyan University will be offering the TEAS test on campus for students desiring to enroll in our Transition to Nursing Program. It will be offered every 3rd Friday starting on December 20th, 2013. If you are interested and would like to sign up for a date to take it, please contact Amy Clayborn at
Must provide proof of science prerequisites by transcript with a minimum grade of "C". Copy of syllabi from Non-IWU sciences may be required.
  • College algebra competency requirement met (course taken at the level of college algebra or higher; statistics may be sufficient)
    If you have not completed the math requirement, please fill in the estimated completion information.

I understand that I must meet the following requirements in order of progress in the program:
  1. Receive the minimum required grade of "C" in all nursing courses.
  2. Maintain a minimum 2.75 GPA
  3. Maintain a clear Criminal Background Check
