to anyone, even parents, without a written release. You may provide this release by listing the name(s) and
relationship(s) of the person(s) with whom we may share your financial aid information. If you do not want it

If you will be receiving financial assistance from another source, please indicate the source and amount in either dollars
or percentage of IWU's tuition rate. DO NOT include standard veterans benefits (i.e., Chapter 30 Montgomery, Chapter 31
Vocation Rehabilitation, Chapter 33 Post 9/11, etc.). DO include standard military Tuition Assistance (TA), such as GoArmy benefits.
Financial assistance from additional aid sources is calculated per calendar year unless we are notified of a different arrangement via email at email@example.com.
