- There are normally only 7 locations for tables along the mall walkway.
- Requests for tables are normally granted in the order in which they are received.
- All fundraisers must be approved in advance through the Student Development Office.
- Tables may not be placed outside of Banquet Rooms or the Globe Theatre unless connected with events taking place in those venues.
- Table placement in the mallway is limited to table requests that require 1-2 tables.
- Only 2 chairs will be allowed per table.
- Tables used are 6' in length unless specified on the form in the "additional instruction" section. There is limited availability of other table sizes.
- Outlets and extension cords are provided based on location and availability.
- Confetti and glitter is not allowed and items may not be taped to glass or painted surfaces.
- Table locations are available Monday-Friday, from 8:00am-5:00pm. No overnight tables will be allowed. Groups that will have tables set-up for multiple days will need to have their materials removed each day and reset the next day.
- Table displays are normally limited to 2 weeks except for special university functions.
